I value delivering treatment proven to be effective through extensive research so that I can give my clients the best care possible. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the backbone and theoretical foundation for Ebb and Flow counseling. Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) is a behavioral form of CBT and considered the gold standard treatment for OCD and Anxiety. I provide my clients with CBT and ERP treatment, integrated with mindfulness practices, parent training, and Dialectical behavioral skills.

I aim to empower my clients to become masters of their own mental health. Taking on the ERP lifestyle is how symptoms can be managed long term. It takes time, persistency, and practice, but it is possible to live the life you want to live. Research shows the work done between sessions is important for being able to gain the skills needed for symptom management. Because of this, ERP involves daily practice. Together, we can address barriers for effectiveness, troubleshoot solutions, and alter strategies when needed.
