Session Fees

Initial Intake Session (75–90 minutes): $275
During the intake, we’ll complete a structured clinical interview to assess your needs, clarify diagnosis, and lay the foundation for a treatment plan that supports your long-term mental wellness. -
Ongoing Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $225
Sessions are tailored to your unique goals using research-backed approaches like CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and strengths-based work.

Insurance
I’m currently an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, I partner with Mentaya, a service that helps streamline the reimbursement process by submitting out-of-network claims on your behalf. Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy sessions this way.
