Hello

Hi, I’m Chloe — a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, License #MHC.LH.61295878) based in Washington State and a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT). I specialize in providing online therapy for teens (ages 13+), adults, and parents navigating Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and ADHD.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and parent coaching for families impacted by anxiety or OCD. I’m especially passionate about helping clients gain insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

As someone who has ADHD myself, I understand firsthand the challenges it can bring — and I love supporting neurodivergent individuals in learning how to thrive.

I currently offer virtual therapy sessions to clients located anywhere in Washington State, making therapy convenient, accessible, and effective. Whether you're seeking tools to manage anxious thoughts, reduce compulsive behaviors, or better understand yourself, I’m here to help.

My Approach

I believe that meaningful therapy starts with a strong, collaborative relationship. I take the time to truly understand each client’s unique story, strengths, and challenges to create a safe, supportive space for growth and change.

My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Mindfulness- and Compassion-Based Stress Reduction. These approaches are tailored to help clients develop insight, reduce distressing symptoms, and build long-term coping strategies.

As a therapist, I wear many hats:

  • A facilitator of safety and trust, creating a nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel seen and supported

  • A guide and educator, helping clients understand the science behind thoughts, emotions, and behaviors

  • An advocate, honoring and supporting each client’s individual needs and goals

  • A coach, helping build and strengthen skills for managing anxiety, OCD, and related concerns

  • A collaborator, working side by side with clients to explore challenges and develop practical, empowering solutions

Whether you're seeking relief from anxiety, struggling with OCD, or navigating the challenges of ADHD, I’m here to help you build a toolkit for lasting change.
