Hi, I'm Chloe! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MHC.LH.61295878) and a certified CognitiveBehavioral Therapist (CBT). I help clients unlock their true potential by learning to manage their symptoms with skillful, evidence-based tools. Although I have experience working with a wide range of presenting problems, providing individual therapy (ages 13+) and parent-coaching for Anxiety and OCD are my speciality. In addition, having ADHD myself, I also enjoy helping individuals who want to work on issues related to ADHD.
I value building a supportive and collaborative therapeutic alliance, taking time to truly understand each individual's unique strengths and needs. I integrate use of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Mindfulness and Compassion Stress reduction. I view my role as the therapist to be the cultivator of a safe space for growth; a provider of science and education on the thought, feeling, and behavioral processes associated with presenting symptoms; an advocate for the unique needs of the client; a model and coach for optimizing skill development and mastering symptom management; and a collaborator for troubleshooting problems together and developing a strategic solution.
